We've used the same base citrus botanicals as our Original tonic and taken inspiration from the beautiful Botanical Gardens that Cornwall is renowned for.

Our Garden Tonic abounds with aromas of pine, wood and sweet earthy notes from. We've added extracts of rosemary and thyme, which combine with the layers of citrus, for a more herbaceous, but well-rounded and balanced tonic.

We suggest trying this one with a fruit forward pink gin. Or a juniper forward gin for something a touch more earthy or spicy.
