Creating mixers using a blend of distilled botanicals, natural plant extracts and Cornish Spring Water.
Working with distillers, we carefully experiment with our recipes to develop mixers that are as considered as the spirit itself. Blending citrus, herbs, bitters and spices, our mixers bring subtle elevations to the pairings and illuminate the taste of your spirits.
Our objective when creating our mixers, is to develop a clean taste profile; uplifting and crisp, and whilst enjoyable on their own, also enhance the finest flavours of their accompanying spirit.
Both excellent liquids and are fiery, spicy and long-lasting on the palate. With notes of bitters, peppers, citrus, there is a wonderful and complex harmony of flavours coming through (Ian featured our ginger beer on ITV's 'Love Your Weekend' on Sunday 21st February)
Global Rum Ambassador - tasted Navas Ginger Beer & Ale.
Navas has developed a strong range of mature and grown-up tasting tonics with perfect levels of quinine and carbonation. My particular favourite is the Garden Tonic, as I have never tasted anything like this before - an exceptional seasonal drink that could work well with heavy botanical gins.
Consultant/Ops Director (Raymond Blanc)
Having tasted such purity, I'm worried I'll not be able to go back to inferior products again! Seriously the best tonic I've drunk. Lockdown Saturday just got a bit brighter,
Garden Tonic has loads of potential, and huge oregano aroma comes off the blend of rosemary and thyme. It could be a lot of fun with white spirits in the appropriate long drinks.
Dry Ginger Ale: This one should be called Cornish apple and ginger. Lovely flavour profile!
Ginger Beer: NICE FIRE! LOVE THE PROFILE. The fact that none of these drinks has a cloying character from being overly sweetened was a breath of fresh air.

We tried your tonic while doing a gin tasting at a local distillery, and we absolutely love your tonic, in fact we think it's the best tonic we've tried.
