Cocktails & Perfect Serves

No good story started with a salad. We love mixing drinks and finding new pairings. Below we have featured a selection of the cocktails we are drinking right now, as well as our perfect serves that we pour with a few of our favourite distillers.

50ml Whisky, 150ml Navas Soda.

Build in a chilled glass using your preferred whisky. Stir and garnish with optional lemon slice.


50ml of your favouite Mezcal, 20ml fresh grapefruit juice, 150ml Navas Original Tonic.

Build in a chilled rocks glass filled with ice. Stir and garnish with a fresh grapefuit slice and a sprig of rosemary.


50ml Rye Whisky, 150ml Ginger Ale.

Build in a glass using your preferred Rye Whisky. Garnish using a twist of lime peel or wedge if you like a bit more citrus.


50ml Blanco Tequila, 150ml of Navas Original Tonic.

Measure in the tequila over ice, top with tonic and garnish with citrus. We use a lime or lemon but we also love to add either marsh samphire (for the salinity) or lemon verbena.


50ml Knightor Rosé Vermouth, 2 dashes of Rhubarb Bitters, 150ml of Navas Light Tonic.

Another simple pour, over ice, dash in bitters, stir gently then top with tonic. Garnish with orange slice and mint.


50ml Dry Vermouth, 150ml Navas Original Tonic.

Pour the vermouth over ice, top with Navas Original Tonic and then garnish with dried kombu seaweed and a slice of lemon. Use the dried seaweed to gently stir and then enjoy!


50ml 6 O’clock Gin, 150ml of Navas Garden Tonic.

A quintessentially British classic, finished with all of the elegance of a Cornish garden. Pour and stir over ice, matching with a citrus garnish to highlight the sweet earthy notes of our Garden Tonic and embolden the ‘strikingly smooth’ 6 O’clock gin.


60ml King’s Ginger, 15ml Campari Bitters, 15ml lime juice, dash of aromatic bitters, top with Navas Orginal Tonic.

Shake King’s Ginger, Campari Bitters, lime juice and aromatic bitters over ice. Strain over ice and top with Navas Light Tonic. Garnish with a sprig of mint and feel every ingredient come to life.
